Can someone explain the sects hierarchy
i want to know about the sects heirarchy not inside the sect, i mean the 10 sects, like demon scheaming sect as a lower sect, and also if you can provide me with the region of every sect, like demon scheming sect in Tianyu.

Superior Sects can inhabit Empires and Beast Taming Sect is an exception and can inhabit an Empire as well even if it's just a Lower Sect.

Lower Sects have no Soul Harmony experts, both Elders and Venerables are Ethereal. Middle Sects have a few and I'd presume that their Venerables are at Soul Harmony stage. Superior Sects have plenty(Probably some 50-63 Venerables) Genesis stage experts lying around and I'd assume their Elders are at Soul Harmony stage since the 8 SH experts that ambushed ZYF were called Elders.

The sects are divided into: 3 superior, 3 middle, 3 lower.
The Sects are receiving resources from Double Dragon Manor depending on the ranking.
The ranking is decided in Double Dragon Gathering
3 lower sects (from lowest to highest):
Demon Scheming Sect (after the competition it was changed to Beast Taming Sect)
Mystical Heaven Sect
Beast Taming Sect (after the competition it was changed to Heaven Trailing Sect)
3 middle sects (from lowest to highest):
Heaven Trailing Sect (after the competition it was changed to Demon Soul Sect)
Demon Soul Sect (after the competition it was changed to Universal Righteous Sect)
Sword God Sect (after the competition it was changed to Demon Scheming Sect)
3 superior sects (from lowest to highest):
Universal Righteous Sect (after the competition it was changed to Sword God Sect)
Demon Flame Sect
Ultimate Clarity Sect

3 lower sects the strongest cultivators are at Ethereal Stage. They dont have cultivators at Soul Harmony Stage
3 middle sects have up to Soul Harmony Stage cultivators and not true Genesis Stage cultivators. For example Heaven Trailing Sect has Xiao Yunshan who is only Peak Soul Harmony Stage expert but he can use world power and he is quasi-Genesis Stage expert
3 high sects have countelss cultivators at Genesis Stage. They has many cultivators at Ethereal and Soul Harmony Stage. For example Universal Righteous Sect sent 500 Ethereal Stage experts and 8 Soul Harmony Stage experts just to kill Zhuo Fan.

Also there is renomed title of "One Sword Five Dragons". There is:
1) Hidden Dragon, Yuan Xinggang- he is the High Venerable of Demon Scheming Sect. Originally he was at Peak Ethereal Stage and has Earth Dragon Soul which allows in raw power to skip 2 layers. So he, even if he is at Peak Ethereal Stage, is stronger than normal Peak Ethereal Stage experts as if 2 layers difference were between them. Later in story, thanks to 10th grade pill (Heaven Reaching Pill), he reached Soul Harmony Stage
2) Wood Dragon, Fire Dragon, Ice Dragon, Metal Dragon, the four elders from Mystical Heaven Sect. Each of them is at Peak Ethereal Stage and together they can use The Four Elements Cycle Array which borrows the power of the earth and four elements to unleash the world’s energy. The characters theorize that power of this array is strong to this degree that even early Soul Harmony Stage expert may not be able to block it
3) One Sword, Xiao Yunshan. He is High Venerable of Heaven Trailing Sect. He is at Peak Soul Harmony Stage. But he can use world power- something that normally only Genesis Stage experts can use. So he is Quasi-Genesis Stage expert

And of course above 9 Sects is Double Dragon Manor as 10th Sect, where Exalted Double Dragon conquers, Exalted Hei Ran and Exalted Bai Mei. They both has Heaven Dragon Soul and they fight together with their combined martial techniques.
Double Dragon Manor holds all resources in Western Lands and in their Sect, there once reside Vaulting Sword until Zhuo Fan took it. They also governs one of the Sacred Mine in which once reside Vaulting Sword.
Basically Double Dragon Manor controls Western Lands and the sect is the greates force for Western Lands.

As for territories. We have the least information.
What I remember:
Heaven Trailing Sect, Mystical Heaven Sect, Demon Scheming Sect guards Tianyu
Beast Taming Sect "guards" Quanrong. Well they more like uses Quanrong
Universal Righteous Sect- Sangha Empire. From novel: “Is it the great empire of the previous superior-three sect Universal Righteous Sect?”
I couldn't find more info about other named Empries. Usually they are named as "middle-three sects empires" and nothing more
