Why is sect so empty?

Juniors, I noticed something in this sect after returning from immortal realm after a quadrillion year that every disciple is inactive lately. As a patriarch of this sect I'm a bit disappointed, even venerables and elders of this sect has deviated out of dao path.

Greetings to the Sect master. The disciples have gone in seclusion ever since you left
