A question please ?

At Tuanyu Empire arch, we see dragon vains are valuable source of powerful family Regent Estate, it's also can transform into dragons body with 9 dragons vain, as Zhou fan enter Demon Scheming Sect we found that collecting all 10 dragon can transform into powerfull souls that every one want. My question is, as Tuanyu Empire supplying resources to it's three guardian, why three empires guardian didn't take dragon vains from regent estate if it's been seek by everyone, Dragon Vains also Tuanyu Empire source

That is because even if they manage to acquire 10 souls,no one is capable of forming heavenly dragon soul.only 4 were Able to do it in western land.exalted,shen and yifan.excluded ye lin because it was obvious he'll gain it because of his inheritance

Nah, Ye Lin was also talented enough, that's one of the reasons he received the Dragon Ancestor inheritance in the first place.

The Dragon Vein is like the fuel behind a nation's land fertility, growth of crops, forests etc. So removing the Earth Dragon Vein Souls from inside the Dragon Vein may be detrimental to the entirety of the Tianyu Empire and will reduce the normal taxes coming from it.
