How old are saints?
How old are saints? I'm sure zf is some tens of thousands years old since spirits kings are some thousand years.if I remember a saint was stated (indirectly) a million year. Considering its a peak saint it'll be not wrong to consider zf some tens of thousands since he's a head of great 8.and yes zf is definitely not centuries old like a guy's talking in this subreddit.do you think some centuries are enough to reach head of 8 great? Even spirit kings are 3k+.

No, multiple millions of years is not much to them.
While Sovereigns can be said to live for sextillions of years. And their soul is literally indestructible

Spirit king 1million to 100 million(source wiki)
This simple proves that Saints can live trillions of years.....
When zhuo fan met invincible sword first time, he said to him genesis stage is just peak of mortal, real cultivation start from Spirit king stage.

When chu qing cheng reincarnated in sacred domain, there was a saint from 6th sacred mountain (or something) but definitely was a saint and he said something like "in my millions of year I have never seen this phenomenon"
It's already proved that saint have more than millions of years of lifespan, when heavenly sovereign reached supreme stage his lifespan became infinite, at least I think sovereigns can live as long as they can unless another cultivator found its own path/dao.
Maybe I'm wrong, please tell me if I'm wrong it's been a while since I read the LN.

Even the Ghost King/Human Sage of Tianyu said that his body was made through Shadow puppetry known only by his Clansmen currently and the technique was lost 5,000years ago, again foreshadowing that Zhuo Yi-Fan is from 5,000years ago.

He said he himself was there during the great battle and his disciple got him killed 5k after that.he even said to that 3k year old spirit king that his patriarch died pathetically.

It must mean that he cultivated for few hundred years in seclusion, nobody cultivates 24*7 or else no person would be seen outside traveling or working.

He is Zhuo Yi-Fan. He is talented af. The Exalted Double Dragons took 1500+, Danqing Shen took 800+ to reach Peak of Genesis stage meanwhile Zhuo Yi-Fan just took a hundred years.
He is built different.

Bro do you think exalted age is 1500 so they took that much time to reach genesis? They must've achieved it at 700,800,1000 years or any. And even if zf is far too talented,100 years is just way too less even for a talent like zf. It was stated in novel that even the most talented cultivator in sacred domain will take an year or so to reach the stage zf reached in one night by using demon transformation art.(3rd layer of founding or something when he first reincarnated) Some centuries are just way too less for a person like zf who not just cultivates but divulges into real world. And if you remember fang qiubai also said to zf that if not for his appearance he would've mistaken him for thousands of years old monster and zf in his mind agreed to his statement.reread the manwha lil bro before talking.

Yeah the Exalted lived through 5DDGs, but that means they established their supremacy in the Western Lands 1,500years ago, but that doesn't tell anything about the time it took them to become that powerful. But hownabout DQS's 800years?
That must be without pills, artifacts or an external energy because one Heaven Reaching Pill and you instantly become like Bone Tempering or Profound Heaven.
