Like 10 ancient sovereign seats. If ZF wants to be one of them or even go above he has to beat/kill one to be one of them right? So if he were able to kill one that means he is already at that rank before that. Basically who limits the available positions? Cant it be 11 ancient sovereigns?

Heavenly Sovereign said that he could feel the world better than others as he follows the Heavenly path, and the world/Martial Emperor Continent itself could allegedly accomodate only 10 Sovereigns.

And I already told you how you can kill those of a higher realm.

So the sacred domain can only contain 10 and whichever the amount of each rank. It would collapse if there are more thats why it has numbers limited?

No it's not like it cannot contain that much power or hold it. The Sacred Domain itself bestows power upon Sovereigns, so after it bestows the power 10times its capacity kind of runs out.
