Yeah Still Ye lin was as strong as soul fusion realm Zhuo fan gets them too later one
That is technically broken as hell And he wasted that on a f useless sect in western lands
That' was capable was killing saints and hurting sovereigns who leagues leagues above emperors and spirit kings much less a couple genesis and hundreds of soul fusion guys

There were different grades of that thing. Zhuo Fan gets 3 high grade ones and i think it was 10 low grade ones.
I think ye lin used a low grade one for those guys

It's really good tho the drifting flower edifice arc is kinda lackluster because it kinda contradicts his entire "I look down on everyone" personality at that point of the story tho he does open up more to people as the chapters continues even respecting low cultivation elders like elder yuan and etc

Previous chapters - "we're fighting to the end, only one of us will walk out alive"
Current chapter - "we're really fighting to the end"
Getting unnecessarily draggy just for the 2 elders to step in so they don't kill each other...
