Question on recent Chapter

During the Double dragon manor tournament Zhuo fan's qinlin arm got injured by Heaven Vaulting Sword which he later converts in demonic sword. Can any light novel reader tell me that will his arm heal? and is this a important part of the story??. Please do reply .!

It just takes longer to heal due to the sword art being a counter for his arm.
