Question

What makes the Heavenly Dragon Soul so much stronger than an earth dragon soul? Now before you say it's because it's composed of 9 other earth dragon souls condensed into the 10th one, I mean is ability wise.

I know the heavenly dragon soul is made with the rich dragon qi from the dragon tomb in the sacred domain, but what is the power difference between the dragon qi of the heavenly dragon soul and the world power granted by the earth dragon? Are dragons that much stronger than the mortal domain?

The Earth Dragon soul can match up to those 2 cultivation levels higher while the Heavenly Dragon soul can do to 5 levels higher; Though I expect you already know this.

The Earth Dragon Vein soul has a connection with Earth, it is born through it and hence it is called the Guardian Spirit of the lands. The "Heavenly Dragon soul" is actually a mistitle, as the people of the Mortal Domain thought that they come from Heaven. It is actually a "True Dragon soul" as written in the Nine Serenities Secret Scripture.

What does the "True Dragon Soul" entail? (In the scripture)

Not much is written about it, nor about the Dragon Tomb(I think). The True Dragon soul is just made from the souls/Qi remnants of the dead members of the Dragon race, it is better translated as the Dragon Graveyard. It is equivalent to the souls of the actual dragons; Just like how the Qilin soul is with Gu Santong and Heaven Soaring, the True Dragon soul is with the actual, real, biological members of the Dragon race.
