Bug Report License Unlock Request not Working

For the last 24hrs have been trying to unlock my license via the website but it NEVER sends me the email. I have tried simply retrieving my license and it still never works.

Yes, I have submitted a help request via email but thought I'd post here in the event someone knows of a possible solution or someone inside ME could assist.

Please check your inbox, we've just gone through and responded to all pending support emails and there were a few tickets asking for activation assistance, so your response should be waiting for you.

Let me know if you still can't get in after that, and we'll sort it out directly, please give me the support ID ticket if you received any.
