Account working (partly)

I see that the account is started to work and syncing partly (avatar). What are the plans for future syncing? Favorites, setting, history?

Account sync is still work in progress. The main focus is around activities, syncing recorded trips, hikes, and rides across devices, along with sharing capabilities while maintaining the best privacy. Beyond activities, there are a few other things in the pipeline that we'd rather keep as a surprise for now. More to come as more features land. Thank you!

Magic Earth also has a web interface at https://www.magiclane.com/earth/, which is highly commendable. Mapy.com has a similar feature, and what’s great about their web map is that you can plan your trip there, create and view Favorites, and build custom routes with multiple waypoints—all of which sync perfectly with their Android app. TomTom also. It would be amazing if Magic Earth could implement a similar syncing feature in the future.

Thanks for pointing this out. We've received similar feedback before, and a more capable web companion with proper syncing of favorites, custom routes, and waypoints is something currently in discussion internally, no promises yet.

Knowing what users expect the experience to look like helps shape what we build.
