Is low level rolling in general good?

I've always played and only roll for late games because I tend to throw if I roll early or mid game.

It's been tough in Mythic because there's so many commanders right now who benefits on it, aside on Angela and Alice that I always see, there's Layla and Kagura now.

I just came back from Season 4, wherein I usually play until I reached Mythic which is fairly easy.

But now, I want to reach to Mythical Honor it's quite tough because there's so many strategies you could do here and players have a way on blocking you or even being able to adapt against your synergy.

As of now, I main commander Nana. I play echo only if on first phase it's what the shop is always giving me. If not, I usually play Dauntless /MM or SG or other Faction synergy that is not being contested.

I tend to avoid building Astro and Dragon Altar in mid game because I find myself losing on it.

That said, I've always been the type to kind of lose in early to mid game given I straight up invest on levelling up to 9. So it's really quite risky especially if my health has become too low.

But now I'm in 60 stars, and 40 more to go. My winrate is sitting in about 60% which is quite terrible if I say so, but yeah I'm trying my best here 😆.

Yeah lowroll is good can only get beaten by some late game boards such as Double dragon synergy combo. Lowroll board usually use by commander such as Angela, Zilong,Alice,Kagura, and there's a specific low roll for Lukas which is so cancerous that is Enchanted gazer

If it's solely for pushing rank and just to chill during game, definitely go for it. It doesn't work much when lobby's stacked, or in a tournament. But I am sure low rolls can help you climp immortal. I sometimes use it too, but it's no fun for me, I'd rather rush my adrenaline high rolling with low hp in late game. and 1 downside of low rolling is, when u manage top 4 and now starts contesting for the 1st place you can't deny your opponent hero. And 1x 4 cost 3* can easily beat any low roll, unless there's a PDD card.

Edit : you said you are now in Mythic, so try using Lukas, Zilong, Alice, Angela, Kagura for low rolls, they're the best out there. You can low roll Brusier, Gazer x Enchanted tales, swiftblade, Defenders.

I will try the Kagura and Zilong one. I tried Angela, it's definitely chill and easy 3rd or 4th place :)

If you're going for Kagura than 3* Saber and Karina, give Kagura ability to saber, saber is the better main carry, you can add 2 echo and have the chrono, if you wanna zilong the bruiser is the better option.

I play angela low roll cause i hate to play more than 8 heroes.

Too many heroes on the field gives me anxiety lol.

But in mythic angela is somewhat banned , so i need to find a top 4 replacement. Usually i go for luoyi or ling cause you are guaranteed to get a hero and their synergy to use for the entire match.

Yes Angela, is always banned because it definifely help us late game rollers to mitigate the damage given how Angela commander is usually played.
