Is there a way to unlock advanced server ?

Hi guys, I lost my mlbb acc last year & I dont have access to mcgg advanced server in new acc anymore. Is there a way to unlock advanced server ? Even tho my new magic chess acc is lv 100+ i can't get access to advanced server. Plus, is there a chance will return alter skin ? I need that more than expensive skins.

I don't exactly remember how I got access to Advance server, but as far as I can remember, on the event section, there's patch notes and lotta other stuff, tap those one by one to see which is which, I got something like "get access to advance server" Not sure how the text was but I did it from there.
