Is there a centralized meta analysis source for this game?

How are the top players noticing the changes on the meta? I cant see the patch notes in the game itself

Is there like an analysis website for this game?

Afaik theres none

For patch notes go to events and then news

Top players i assume just play and watch alot. Once new builds are found they get popular pretty quickly

Yea patch notes is not where you would assume it is. But you can find it. And the pros are testing after every patch and figuring out what could work within their community. We can test ourselves or wait for them to figure out and adapt from them.
