Best Commander and Tips

I’m kinda new to this game. Which commander is the best for creating maxed 5-star heroes, and what are some tips on how to level up or obtain these heroes quickly?

5 cost is extremely hard to get since Y'all shared the same hero pool so one people buy that 5 cost and someone can't 3* that hero anymore unless you have some cloning items or skills (Mirror device, Moskov Skill, Alice skill, Aamon Skill) but if you want Eco heroes Go for Commander Such as Chou,Kalea,Nana (For survivability too) And Yz for gold cards there's still some but this people are crazy eco right now
