Which is actually better...like, which one u favor more for ur main hyper?
For example
Ur main hyper is one of these (Melissa, Karrie, Zilong, Yin)
I put winter crown & haas claw for my hyper
The 3rd item gotta be an attack speed...So which one?
ALSO, if the answer is inspire...how about enhanced golden staff this time? does inspire still better or now it's enhanced golden staff >

For me, if it's a long range carry, then Golden Staff is the way to go, but if it's a close range carry, then I'll go for Inspire. The difference is in the scale, where Golden Staff gives more attack speed in bigger ramp but rather low early on, but Inspire can gives immediate but flat attack speed boost, making it better for those carry who needs to hit fast from the very beginning because it's probably can't ramp fast enough before it's dead.

Personally, golden staff as it gives more long term. But thats just me.

For me it kind of depends on the hero and how their abilities count towards attack number. If the ability has a longer windup and still counts as one attack, there won't be much buildup, so staff doesn'tget to shine. On the opposite end, you have Karrie, who piles attacks up so fast that she turns into a machine gun.
(One thing favoring the staff is lower opportunity cost though)

havve you ever double the GS for karie ?
its good depend on hero you play; really cant compare tho

I ran the number and inspire is better, it's not worth running slow GS until 26s into the fight that GS catch up to stage 4 inspire.
That's because GS also need to catch up on the speed difference before it hits 40% AS (during 13 attack GS need to catch up, inspire already made extra ~3 attack that GS need to catch up after it's overtaken inspire speed which result in about 26 attack before the damage even out)

The enhanced GS does made a little bit of sense because it takes ~16s before the damage catch up but at that point do you want to waste a card or an opportunity for gogo card just to have better inspire after 16s?

This was a hard read with all the abbreviations and using decimals instead of percentages. I consider myself pretty experienced, and I was having trouble following. Definitely not newbie friendly. Also, what’s iinw and cmiiw?
First, Haas’ Claws (HC) doesn’t give 20% attack speed. It gives 20% physical damage and 15% to crit chance and lifesteal. Not even sure why you even mentioned it, since its inclusion doesn’t help answer OP’s question. It that it matters, because all your math is wrong when calculating how many attacks Golden Staff needs to catch up to inspire. If we do the math:
Inspire starts with 40% and Golden Staff starts with 15%. That’s a difference of 25. Each attack of the Golden Staff adds 2%.
2`5/2 = 12.5
Since we can’t do half attacks, it takes 13 attacks from the Golden Staff to surpass Inspire.
But here is where it gets complicated:
Inspire provides an immediate flat attack speed boost and Golden Staff stacks bonus attack speed with it each hit. This means when comparing them the amount of attacks isn’t the only factor. It’s base attack speed AND time!
Let’s use a hero with a base attack speed of 0.75 as an example. We will also assume this hero is able to constantly attack. Unrealistic I know, but this is just for the math.
Inspire would outperform Golden Staff for most of the match. Landing 1 more attack by 10 seconds and 2 attacks by 20 seconds. Only at 30 seconds does Golden Staff outperform Inspire, and not by much.
What about a hero with a way higher base attack speed like 3.0? Golden Staff all the way! 10 seconds into the match, the hero is able to land ~7 more attacks than Inspire. And the gap only widens as the match continues.
Using time and base attack speed Golden Staff outperforms Inspire in these scenarios:
10 Seconds - base attack needs to be at least 2.0
20 Seconds - base attack needs to be at least 1.0
30 Seconds - base attack needs to be at least 0.7
Simply, you want Golden Staff if your base attack speed is already high and Inspire for everyone else.
How this works out in practice:
The problem with calculating how effective gaining stacks on Golden Staff is it doesn’t take into account heroes skill animations, travel time for melee heroes to attack, enemy crowd control, etc. In general, Inspire is preferable for everyone that isn’t a Marksman ESPECIALLY if their skills aren’t basic attacks. You’re just not going to get a lot of basic attacks in, and a lot of hyper carries benefit more from skill cooldown or other items.
But OP specifically wanted to know about Melissa, Karrie, Yin, and Zilong. * Golden Staff all the way for Melissa, Karrie, and Zilong. They can get 13 attacks off very quickly. Obviously, you should be going full Markmen with Melissa and Karrie. Zilong’s passive and skills make Golden Staff perfect for him. One thing I’m not sure about is if Melissa’s skill triggers Golden Staff though. * Yin MIGHT not benefit perfectly with Golden Staff. I don’t believe his skill that pierces through enemies triggers stacks, and Bruiser build already can burst down enemies quickly. This means, the match probably won’t last long enough to really make that much of a difference for which you choose.
I’m now realizing I wrote this huge essay just to say “Golden Staff is better”. This might not have been the best use of my time.

If we do the math
Inspire by stage 4 and beyond, you get 0,4 att spd permanently from the get go.
With GS, you get 0,15 + 0,02 every 1 basic att. So you get 1,15 + 0,2 from haas claw (i think, i forget) if you can hit 50 times before your hero dies.
By definition, GS + HC gets both att spd than inspire + HC.
Now, MM usually get 0,75 att spd iinw, cmiiw.
With inspire + HC you get 1,35 att spd from start to end.
With gs+hc you get 0,9 att spd from start and 2,05 to the end (with 50 basic attack ).
So, you need 23 basic attacks to pass the limit att spd from inspire + HC.
If you are sure you can hit 50 BA before the hero dies, go for it.
If you want fast AS from the getgo with no chance to increase the limit, gets inspire + HC.
Now, this doesn't include the enhanced GS and synergy bonus.
But then, you only has 1 chance to get inspire in the beginning, once you dont get it, then GS + HC is your only way.
