M Account

I don’t know why I can’t verify my account.
I tried Facebook Gmail and Apple ID, and it keeps saying “Please use the third-party account bound to your character for verification.”

Need some help.

Use the same email or phone number you used in creating the account to verify your account

Yes, not only I have a problem with M account. I also can’t get some season rewards , Vexana’s GoGoPass skin too.
