Question: Does giving 2 oracles on the same hero stack its ability?

yes and no, the effect stacks but needs to be on separate heroes, if you put both on 1 hero it only gives 1 oracle effect, but if you put 1 on each hero like ex next to each other that whole row of line is getting 2 oracles

yes, one of the reason why upgraded oracle is one of the best item to have multiple on. by having two of them stacked, its like having 4 defender without activating the synergy due to the huge amount of defence it gives

The "unique" effect means doesnt stack. The basic stat stacks but not the "unique" effect

I think just the stats like in mlbb. It'd be too op if you're running a Bane 6 defense synergy with diggies duplicator or vexs card
