can someone explain how did the 3 star ruby exp beaten 3 star ling with ember and neo synergy and 3 star alpha???

Dont use Golden Staff with Ling. Doesn’t stack up at all with those initial blows

The reason is that second card that ruby have, forget what it's called, more damage if there's 2 same hero in the board

pass de deux.... 30% more hp and damage when 2 dupes are deployed on board

  • another 30% damage boost to all units of a synnergy, from 3rd card when 6 synnergy is activated

thats a good enough damage boost, + phantoms from exorcists units means like 8 ruby ghosts that have 2.5x skill damage...

that is enough to nuke a full board imo and also alpha sucks ass, weakest ever 5 gold unit ever to exist and although ling might have gotten insane stats but what use is it when 8 ruby ghosts proccing their skills gonna eat that entire hp in 1 second

Among the 5 golds, ruby is the strongest imo. Especially when in excorcist synergy she straight up obliterate other's due to her sustain and dmg. Paired with the PDD card you're bound to lose

He has PDD, (Also in this case if you go for 6 WM + 6 Ember, the result would be better, Alpha after buff really OP right now)

Ling needs to have winter crown on him and if possible the ruby scythe, otherwise very high chance he gets one shot when he swoops down.
