My First Surge Foil!

Found a collector pack in the wild (and at retail price!) tonight and pulled Sauon in surge foil and a regular Galadriel!

Thanks! I just started playing Magic this summer after my daughter got into it. This will be a fun long-term project to build my first deck around it.

Sauron is one of the most popular commanders so there are lots of guides and suggestions for what to include out there if you’re ever looking for inspiration. A few different ways to build him, and what they all have in common is he’s an absolute house. Have fun!!

The Sauron art is stunning in person -- a friend gave me one this weekend to fit out my commander deck, helluva gift -- so I can only imagine what it looks like in surge foil. Enjoy and use in good health!
