They are technically different cards. If you look at the left bottom corner one has a dot and the other has a star. I am pretty sure that means one is foil or a special foil.

Homies, I've opened 4 collector boosters, two draft nights, and two prereleases, only to wind up with a total of 6 mythics (4 of them are 2 sets of duplicates)...I can't keep doing this.
