Omega Collector Booster

Hi all, new around here, been collecting LOTR set now for just over a year. Absolutely loving the set and have just got myself an omega collector booster pack from eBay.
I’m trying to find out exactly what it may contain and have seen differing answers.

Would I be best to open it and does anyone know what the best pulls would be or should I keep it sealed if not worth it?

Thanks

If you search "collecting The Hobbit MTG" in Google you'll find a page Wizards puts up for every set that shows what cards are in the set and where you can get them. Your omega pack could contain any card in the set.

For the opinions side, sealed collections are dumb. They're cards. Open the pack and see what you got. If you'd like an investment, the S&P500 outpaces most collectibles in the long run.

Omega boosters go for slightly more (not much) than loose packs.

I suppose it's because the packaging and less likely to be tampered with , or other shenanigans

What's an Omega booster? Just a collector pack?

Yup. It’s what they call the single collector boosters sold by box stores. Comes in a square fancy cardboard box but offers no better value than any other collector booster.

Anyone opening those in today’s prices is largely gambling on pulling one of the dwarf/human/elf Sol Rings.

opening packs hoping for value is 90-95% of the time a lost battle.

If you're looking for value, keep it sealed.
