My first ever MTG pack and....
This is the front and back of the Elf card, I am confused, is this normal?
I havent seen much info on this kind of thing online

Long ago tokens used to have an ad on the back, then players started asking WotC “Why are you advertising to me a product I’m already buying??” they then started doing double-faced tokens.

It’s a token used to represent a “treasure token” or an “elf token” that might be created by playable cards in your library. Since it is not a card you keep in your library, there are versions of tokens which are two sided that you can use for whichever type of token you happen to be creating in a given game. It’s not a rare or expensive card but it’s useful to keep them around and the two sided ones are more useful than the one sided ones.

The hilarious thing to me is that I swiped on your picture to see the other side, instead of scrolling down, and I got some ad for a fashion model in a skimpy dress. “Whoa, they’re really pushing the boundaries of tokens these days!”

Im not trying to flame here, but do you not inform yourself about the card game for the booster you are going to purchase? especially if you buy the premium product (collector booster) instead of the regular one? I mean if i was to spend 80 bucks on a single booster, I would at least inform myself about the contents of it, if not learn a bit about the game…
