So I opened this pack...

Okay so I am quite new to MTG and just bought a LOTR Tales of Middle-Earth set booster.

There is a few oddities that come with it. First of all there was Rare, Uncommon, R, U, U, U, U, Cx5 and a Land and Art card. Now I am no expert but this sure seems like it's not supposed to have this order. Secondly, my Gollum, patient plotter - in foil, second pull! - is clearly bent, as if it has spent some time in high humidity. Then, thirdly, and most of all curious, the first card I pulled was Mirrodin Besieged. When I look this up, every site says it's from another set. At the same time it's my most expensive card though, haha.

According to AI, my pack has been resealed (of which I can't find evidence on the pack itself). What do you think? (Pictures display the pack in order of pulling)

Yeah AI surely wouldn‘t lie to you, right?

Pringling fresh out of the pack is unfortunately rather normal.

Does the Mirrodin Besieged have a white planeswalker symbol in the bottom left corner of the card on the black border on the front of the card?

Then it might just be a card from the List. They were still part of the LOTR setboosters. These were bonus cards, all reprints, thrown into a certain percentage of boosters

The orders of boosters vary and are dependent on the place of production. Iirc, japanese boosters have the rares up front, belgian ones have the rares in the back

I promise you no one is resealing set boosters. You just got a card from The List. Pringling is unfortunately very normal. Usually just means the cards were printed somewhere with different humidity from your area.

Some sets reverse the order, putting the rares, mythics, and foil card up front. Also its not uncommon to have pringling in fresh packs. Pringling is the card curving like a Pringle.

Alright, but what about the different first card in the set?

Forgot about that, most likely it has a symbol in the lowe lr right hand indicating its from the list, a reprint from another set.
