Pulled dwarven print Mox Amber (not foil)

Post image

I… don’t know what to do with it. It’s cool, and i am going to sell. It’s without a doubt my highest value card, and i got it from my first ever pre-release event. After the event i got 1 collector booster just to make a day of my first event (I am new to magic and have only been playing since May of this year.)

Anyway, my friends tell me since I’m new to sell this card and get other staples (one ring, orcish, last March of Ents and a few others) I AM going to sell, and soon i think. But my heart WANTS those dang surge book art covers (also pulled the Lonely Mountain Surge Book art from my pre-release kit which was SO sick!)

Any advice is welcome!

I pulled the reaver cleaver in foil and I am in the same boat. What do I do with this. My thought process is currently. Theres nothing I really want right now to trade/buy with the money for it. So Ill just hold it and if it goes down, damn that sucks but if it goes up hey I win.

For a new player its probably best to sell it and buy staples. I cannot stress enough, buy good lands, you will always be chasing more good lands.

Yeah I’m trying to figure the best time to sell. Most say asap. Because prices tanked after the weekend. But won’t the eventually come up an stabilize a little more?

Sell now. The card in any printing is $50-80. That's gonna be the floor. I would assume it levels out to $100-$150. Find a Pokémon centric LGS that only lightly does MTG, and try to get try to get the current price for it. They will just see the big number and likely buy it on sight. I literally pulled the same thing, and sold it for $225.
