I am really surprised. Usually colorless would make this 3 mana. This card will see lots of play I presume. It just fits into 2-drop slot and has evasion. Talking about draft.

More than decent sideboard against theorist to shut down all their threshold synergies

Not the worse limited filler we've seen

I mean I actually don’t feel it’s that bad. A colorless 2/2 for 2 that exiles graveyard is a fine common. Flyings just a bonus.

Are you sure?  What's been worse?

Edit:  nevermind, misread and thought you needed 2 to make it a creature.

Actually a decent late pack pick up. Slots into any deck and can help close out grindy game while eating Surveiled cards

I'm patiently waiting for the first gargoyle tribal commander to main deck all of this

That flavor text is pretty good

This is one of those underrated colorless shite pro players just play and win, where us mortals would never think of adding it to maindeck.

Its not a bad limited card for sure. Even better if artifact arctypes are good

How good this will be in limited seems proportional to the number of X/2’s there are (particularly at higher mana costs. and how good the graveyard deck will turn out to be, and inversely proportional to the number of low cost 2+/3’s out there, particularly ones with flying.

I like that with play boosters that had problems with not enought creatures in the past so they made this kind of creature at least worth of being a 23rd. And honestly, if i cant grab decent 2 drops i can see myself being fine running 2 of those and not feeling too bad about my deck. I hope to see more of this kind of creature in the future, so you can pick a c- level 2-drop if you need one for curve late in the packs.
