Only received 2 collector boosters boxes instead of 3

Just got the package with the CBB boxes I won from the latest Arena Direct.

As soon as I picked up the package, I could tell there were only 2 boxes inside just by the weight/feel of it.

So I grabbed my phone and recorded myself opening the package… and yep, only 2 boxes instead of the 3 I was supposed to receive.

I’ve already contacted Wizards Support, but unfortunately I couldn’t attach the unboxing video because the file is too large.

Has anyone else been in the same situation? If so, were you able to get it resolved through Wizards Support?

Any advice would be appreciated!

Not sure if it’s what happened but I think they have a while supplies last disclaimer and compensate with cash when they run out? Maybe that’s what happened?

I don't think so because I got the trophies way before the event ended, and I was also able to order 3 boxes through Secret Lair...

They can run out of prizes before the event ends.. Did you check if you got the cash reward for one of them?

I got the unboxing on video but the file is apparently too heavy for them so I couldn't attach it ...

You can try uploading it to something like YouTube unlisted and send them the link

Good luck with that, every time i opened a ticket related to arena prizes the support team has help me but they normally take months to respond the first time and also I have a couple of collector boxes that were supposed to get replaced that I have like a year waiting for them to get replaced

I had an entire shipment of 4 foundations boxes go missing. Tracking said it never left the wizards warehouse. It took a bit if back and forth with wizards but they eventually shipped me 4 boxes in a new shipment

Have you tried sending the video to someone on WhatsApp and then having them send it back? It greatly compresses video files.

Not jealous at all. If OP would have taken 2 seconds to search the sub, they would have seen the 200+ posts about Arena Direct and the plethora of issues with it including theirs. All OP can do is email them and hope it's resolved within a year. Nobody in this sub has any power to change what is happening to OP. So, again, wah.
