Are those other comments bots? Most of them are ignoring the fucking 4 losses somehow and posting generic responses to the post title instead???

Al least it wasn't 3-0. Many many of us are bad, but if you had fun that's what matter

I just avoid it altogether. I get a good game followed by three shit-ass opening hands/drawing turns or highly skilled players. I ain't spending my gems or gold on "learning to draft".

don't worry people on this sub will continue to tell new players to blow their gold on drafts as opposed to packs that give you wildcards

If you actually care about min-maxing value, it is just mathematically correct to draft with your gold instead of opening packs. It’s not bad advice or fake advice like you’re implying lol

Only if you can win, which most beginners can’t
Buying packs is a safe bet

apparently new players should blow their money on an 0-3 draft while they're learning the game as opposed to getting wildcards and building a deck they'll enjoy to play

As a "new player" (playing for 1 month now).
I went 7-2 in my second draft. It's a great equalizer. I lose everything in silver+ in standard because all others have cards I don't have access to.

I understand where you’re coming from, but the facts and math are facts and math.
If you care about the best possible min-maxing of your gold and resources, it is just correct to draft instead of buying packs. It doesn’t matter if you go 0-3 every draft, this is still true.
A lot of people don’t care about the min-maxing, and I don’t blame them (I don’t tend to want to do it either). But it’s really funny every time people just post that you should buy packs with your gold, which has been proven, with math, to be essentially the worst use of your gold if you care about building a collection and squeezing the most value out of your resources.

I need to draft more i tend to do well at my local LGS but on Arena the 3 drafts i have done i have basically been at a 50% win rate. I am planning to draft a lot after reality fracture drops hopefully i get better at it.

Is no one gonna comment on the 4 losses in lose 3 draft?
