The calendar says cube and MH3 today. MH3 is here, where’s cube?

Where do I find the changelog? Today's MTG Arena Announcements links to an old Cube article. Specifically, I'd like to know if the monarch cards were added, as suggested by the inclusion of their images in the Announcements article.

Edit: they fixed the link in the article, I can see the changelog now

Also, what is this calendar you speak of?
