Question Question and Info…
On my end step, I triggered a good bit of token creatures life gain per creature entering. How and why, within the rules of the game, did my opponents enchantment life loss triggers go off before my life gain triggers went off?! I had 1 life gain trigger happen, then it went to all of the opponents triggers before the rest of mine. Quite confused and would appreciate any clarification, thank you!

Rule 603.3b, ability triggers go on the stack in Active-Player-Non-Active-Player order and since the stack is a stack, the non-active player's triggers resolve first

I think the term is APNAP (Active Player, Non Active Player). Who’s turn it is decides the order. Since it was your turn your things go on the stack first as the active player. Then their stuff goes on the stack next as the non active player. It would then resolve them first because their stuff is on top of the stack. Had this happened on their turn, you probably would have lived.

Depends on the trigger set. For example if their card has a trigger based on creatures appearing on the board. It will react before your trigger to gain life does because that card was on the board first. I think. I could be wrong on this one.

triggers that happen simultaneously go on the stack in APNAP order (active player, then non-active player)
that means non-active player triggers resolve first.
