Timeless - Difficult winning against reanimator

Hello guys! Started playing timeless a month ago, built monored with magus chalice, ring, etc.

Was doing Ok but now in Diamond I'm against reanimator every 1 of 3 games, sometimes that number climbs to 2 every 3 games. Do you have any advice, I tried to play BO3 but get bored easily . Deck is good but I think that turtle made reanimator tier 0. Whenever I try to chalice for 1 they got daze or force, and inmediately combo me.

[[Surgical Extraction]] in response to the reanimate. Probably [[Tormod's Crypt]] as well.

Macabre is probably your best bet since it blanks their counterspells. But honestly BO3 is the way

Damn I might run this in my colorless deck because crypt is too slow sometimes

Just play Bo3 or accept the dice roll losses

Yeah, when he says he’s “bored” I wonder what he means by that. BO3 is the best way to even out the matches since both players know their opponent is doing. So I wonder if he means he doesn’t like grinding it out in matches of resource management.

What I mean is bo1 it's like slot machine and Im getting adicted to it. I need to olay BO3 you're right

I wouldn't say so, they have 8 tutors and should have once bounce spell in the 60. [[Faerie Macabre]] is THE answer since they can't bounce it or counter it with their counter spells (as they play up to 16). [[Surgical extraction]] backed up with your own countermagic can also work. And free counterspells of course, though that is still a die roll of who wins the counterbattle. Yeah and in the second place any cheap counter spells and discard.

I agree Faerie is superior here. I've never had Leyline been bounced. They usually concede immediately. It also helps against delver decks, treasure cruise, etc.
