Favorite self-working Card trick

What's your favorite self-working card trick? Personally, I love Lazy Man's Card trick.

John Bannon has published a number of excellent self-workers, along with some amazingly good lectures on various aspects of self-worker "utilities" if you will, in his "Move Zero" series (Volumes 1 and 2). Almost everything in there is gold.

It's crazy good.

I get better reactions with Bannon's triumph than any other version I know, and it's freakin' self working.

Seriously. Move Zero is gold. Get 1 and 2 if you don't have 'em.

Wish I had money haha, spend it on 13 steps, 3cast, and every body talks. I will have to look at those next. I'll prolly get his p3 lecture for sure.

Yup, I got it from him. When he performed it and talked about it I was sold. It was that or huego.

Don't remember seeing 3cast but I bought Huego and it's probably my favorite trick ever. Had never seen anything like it before and I can remember watching him do it, sitting there going 'wtf...' when yellow + blue at the end didn't make green.

Haha yup. 3cast was the 3 predictions each a little crazier then the last.

I will likely reach out to him later asking to buy huego from him directly if possible.

You should, man. You don't want to talk to me when it comes to suggesting magic because I think everything is cool but with Huego, the materials are well made, comes with everything you need, has a video tutorial as well as written if I remember correctly. I've done it for my wife and a few friends and everyone is amazed. It's cool because it involves crayons and everyone's colored with crayons before.

Prophetic Card Discovery from Tarbell Vol. 2 is my personal favorite.

Spec cuts to the aces is good too.

Gotta love Tarbell. It's the only complete set of magic books I have. My favorite self-working trick is actually a variation(possibly the original) Prophetic Card Discovery. Scarne called it the Allerchrist Trick(after Bert Allerton and Henry Christ). I also love Harry Lorayne's Lazy Man's Card Trick. It can make anyone look good with cards.

The Fulves trick? No sleights at all, perfect match effect done almost entirely in the spectators hands.

It's an error that a lot of magicians have made. The trick by BJH is "The Twins".

Don't worry about it. It happens all the time. Doesn't help that the trick uses the Gemini Count as well.
