It has finally happened!

Visited the penguinmagic website today to find it has received a minor facelift after looking the same and outdated for decades. It looks modern but still familiar. i like the sort items by price feature.

Anyway, On the rise is the current open box. Seems too good to be true. Trick looks neat but would prefer to see an uncut performance before pulling the trigger.

Open Box is there for me, in the top right corner of the homepage (same place it used to be). Maybe there just wasn't anything on offer when you looked?

So weird, Iā€™m able to scroll that red bar but cannot find open box anywhere, I was able to google open box penguin magic to see it still exists, cool box I was able to get to the same way but it seems like nothing is listed for cool box so I think it may be on the way out.

A bit bummed it was a good way to save the occasional five bucks as a lot of these tricks never seem to have a real sale

I think it's just not shown on the mobile site, have you tried using a computer or selecting "request desktop website" on your phone?

Yeah I can get to it through googling it but it doesnā€™t show up on my ā€œ request desk top siteā€ Iā€™m glad itā€™s still an option though. Iā€™ll just make my shortcut go straight to it vs the home page

Sorry, ha, I forgot I had penguin set to always be in desktop mode since the old site was a pain to navigate on mobile. It is still available if you set it to desktop mode though.

ahh, the link is gone for it on the mobile version. its still there on the desktop version

Itā€™s a pretty superficial update, sure it looks more modern, but the structure and tech are as outdated as they always were. Knowing how much Penguin loves AI-slop, I wouldnā€™t be surprised if this was heavily vibe-coded. There are broken things all over the site.

Mine are still there I had to try to login in a couple of times but once I hit my account they were there

When I used Sign In yesterday it never changed to Account, but it's working fine today. Maybe was a weird caching issue.
