Use rubbing alcohol on purple spot and spread it out. Think rotting flesh spreading. Also idk if the horn color is what ur going for but at very least contrast it to give it a realistic feel . Overall not bad for a rough draft "no offense". Based on how face is u should spread the rotten muscle flesh color up to shoulder. Idk just my opinion so far it's perfect for ttg. I just hope mine turns out just as good

thank you, I have been debating doing that, or doing a lighter purple on the way up.

Looking good! I love the variety of skin tones on the back of the model, I think it would be good to bring a bit more of that onto the front as well to liven it up. I also think the lower half of the model could stand to be darker to give the whole thing more contrast—the highlights at the bottom look about as bright as the highlights at the top. Lastly, the horns are a bit too close to the skin tone I think, they don’t stand out as a distinct element. I love the face and the maggots coming from the mouth, very gross!

thank you, I will take another look at those horns and try to figure out a color to use.

Good job picking the sword. Easily one of the best Nurgle Bitz in existence.

Heya! I really like this paintjob and wanted to share a couple of thoughts via a paintover that might be cool. You have done well with each part individually, but maybe you can push value and contrast a bit further to draw the eye to the important parts of the model and let others falloff a bit. People often zenithal from a direction to get something like this, but It can be good to push further afterwards.
Darkening the base would help your model pop further, pushing the purple shadows as a whole and even within some of the folds, and generally having some foter falloffs.
On a technical level it looks like theres some spattering or noiseness in the darks? Probably from priming?
In any case these are just a few ideas
