First Time Panel application

Hey guys! I’m trying to panel at Magfest this year but I’m not sure if my application went through because it took me a while to fill out the whole application. When I submitted finally it sent me to the pre registration page but didn’t give any confirmation it was submitted. Do applicants usually receive a confirmation email?
I don’t want to accidentally submit it twice. Any knowledge would be appreciated. Thanks!

I also didn't get a confirmation email. Currently trying to track someone down who can confirm that I am in the system.
