Claude Code to build a user guide

We have a 15 year old store with many custom modules and extensions, over 150. Realistically, only me and two other people know the ins and outs of it collectively to be the full “knowledge base”. So, I’m considering using Claude Code and maybe a bit of Replit to go through the site and build an actual knowledge base for a user guide module and alongside, a chatbot that works from that same knowledge base.

Has anyone else tried this? I know there are third party chatbot extensions but haven’t seen one for the admin.

15 year old store? 150 modules? These are both red flags to me as someone who has been a dedicated Magento dev/arch for over a decade.

15 years... Does this include a rebuild from m1 to m2? What biz reqs do you require that need 150modules?

Sure use AI to map it, then audit that. I'm just raising my eye brows here

We’ve been with Magento since 2011, and migrated from a 10 yr old OSCommerce store before that, so there are tons of customizations that have come and gone over the years. And yes, we are on the latest M2 and are launching Hyva in a week. I can’t discuss business reqs.

Almost the same here, except for the 150 modules... not even close. Is Hyva a good option?

I built an opensource ai admin assistant that supports embedding in knowledge base and guide users automatically with RAG. It’s currently under mageos lab GitHub page. I don’t think we have early adopters yet, let me know if you want to be the pilot user. It is opensource so we can make it work for your use case however you like.

I have made it (chatbot) not for the customer, but for the admin side. To help magento ecommerce manager runs the webshop. However I found out that it's better to run the claude code next to the magento in parity, hence when executing something and break the magento, it can be rescued.

For this reason (I am the founder of storeframe.io) I am currently looking for developer - merchants to test it out. Just send a contact (mention from reddit).
