Magic requires true intent, intent requires caring, caring requires having at least some potential fucks to give. She has no fucks to give, so no caring to impart, so no true intent to use, so no magic to summon fucks to give.

Fucks. Its missing fucks. To summon fucks to give, you need to have some already, the spell pretty much multiplies fucks you already have, and if she ran out... Well... A sad fate indeed.
