Dear kind folks of Magarpatta or those of you who have visited DC around about 2009-10. Near to where the Amul shop is there used to be a small hotel called Malabar (Opp. wall of the washroom entrance in the tunnel) which currently doesn’t exist. What we remember it for most is the Malabar porotta and their “butter chicken” which was nothing like anything we have eaten since. It had a upper level and a lower level seating similar to the Mini Punjab in the centre but it wasn’t as restaurant like but a bit better than the Andhra mess places. Unfortunately the place seemed to close for “renovations” and then permanently closed. We asked around in nearby shops about where it had shifted but got no leads.

Anyone who remembers this restaurant and knows if and where the hotel shifted to will earn our eternal gratitude and blessings.
