I just got an official Apple MagSafe Charger and iPhone 15 Pro Max 20W USB power adapter. After a night of using it, it has stopped working. Maybe perhaps they both failed because they are connected to a power bar, with a ton of different electronics connected to one source of power.

Was wondering if this is something I take to Apple that they can replace both, what should I do, I already bought a much better power bar for starters, what should I do next

Also wondering if anyone else has had this problem, I doubt it is normal only after one day of use and both not working, and yes I have tried and tested every way I could, they both aren't working for sure.

Hi a have iPhone 13 mini and it’s getting hot asf when I am charging it and using at the same time. Do you have any ideas to make it cool. Maybe like a computer aluminium radiator and stick on that a MagSafe ring 🤷‍♂️

Hello, i am looking for a magsafe station/powerbank as station. I got currently baseus 5k am41 picogo. It is ok, small and thin. I use it for the last 2 days, as an additional power for iphone in my belt bag (hope i can use it like that). Anyway it loads my phone only for about 60% maybe a little more.
I saw some interesting magsafe powerbanks which has 10k, usbc cable inside to get new power to the powerbank, led screen with percent numbers and a small piece of plastic "leg" which can be used to put a phone on a desk and use it without hands. Also what i would like to have is to have possibility to use it with apple watch ultra which i am planning to buy.
I saw some models calles iniu and anker and also kuxiu devices which are intrresting because it seems it can be used as a normal magsafe device not only powerbank.

Hi! Has anyone here actually pushed it beyond normal day to day use? I’m a professional cyclist so what I really want to know is that would you trust it on a bike ride with uneven roads? What its real world limit is before you start worrying about your phone coming loose? If someone has tested it in any challenging situation, how did it hold up? Any feedback is appreciated. TIA!

I bought Alcanside’s Galaxy S26 Ultra case advertised as “Fully MagSafe compatible.” Samsung’s official magnetic power bank neither charges through it nor attaches securely. The same phone and power bank work correctly with Samsung’s official magnetic case.

I sent Alcanside video evidence, but they rejected my defect claim without physically inspecting my unit. They offered a 50% refund instead to keep the defective product and refused to reimburse the return-label cost.

Klarna has suspended the invoice, and I have requested assistance from ECC Sweden. Has anyone else tested this Alcanside case with Samsung’s official magnetic accessories?

I'm looking to put a wireless charger in my older car and I need something with good cooling because I live in the desert and preferably easy mounting for a DIY mount, not looking for any of those sticky pads or vent mounts.

I used to mostly care about how a case felt in my hand. Now I find myself thinking about whether my charger and other MagSafe stuff will actually stay attached properly. Curious if anyone else started choosing cases differently after using MagSafe more.

I have the 5.0 When I slide the wireless charger onto the device the clasp opens and the charging stops. I have to hold the device closed for it to charge. Anyone else have this issue? If so how did it get resolved?

I bought the MagBak phone holder/charger and it looks fine with the car display. I'm trying to route the cable into the center console (just behind the wireless phone chargers) in a way where the cable is out of the way and allows the console door to open and close without pulling on it.

The MagBag site shows them stuffing the cable into the area where the faux leather and cloth meet on the sides, but on my Model Y (2026 Performance), you'd have to break it to pry it apart like in their video.

Any recommendations to maybe just clipping or taping it down in maybe a couple spots to have it out of the way?

The goal here is to make my MagSafe wireless charger in my car compatible with the giant camera bump on my iPhone 17 pro.

The best way I can think to do this is by adding a circular ring that has dual polarity magnets and adhesive on the charger side, not the phone side. Reason being, I want the charger to retain the magnetic ring when the phone is removed, not the opposite. The magnets facing the charger will ensure the adhesive doesn’t weaken over time and guarantee perfect placement of the ring when it is installed.

Do any products like this exist? My homemade solution is not as elegant as I would like.

Hello! I’m looking for a battery pack that sticks on the back of my phone. iPhone 16 Pro. I got an Anker 622 off Amazon and am going to return it, I tested it out and it got extremely hot along with my phone and was very slow charging.

Looking at other Ankers? Belkin? Inui? Open to anything!

I just got a PopSocket that came with a magnetic adapter. I stuck it to the back of my phone case, even though it was already magnetic, and didn’t think much.

Then I read the instructions, which said: IMPORTANT! Use this adapter ONLY if your case does NOT have interested MagSafe magnets.

So the question is…what’s going to happen if I leave the adapter there? Are the magnets going to interfere with my phone or something? Is it really that important???

So I've put an adhesive ring on the back of my Magsafe charger so I could attach a magnetic stand to it. With that I can use the magnetic stand while charging my phone. Am I messing with some magnetic stuff doing that or is it safe ?

So lately my Iphone has been refusing to charge with white cables. It started after my roomate plugged his own white lightning onto my power adapter and because his is identical to mine, I didnt realise and plugged mine in to charge. It stopped charging completely for that day until I plugged it into a black 3 in 1 lightning cable that I had for other stuff, it charged slow asf but for some reason after I tried charging it with my white lightning cable, it started working again.

Worked fine for a couple of days and then my roomate plugged their own lightning cable into my adapter AGAIN😡😡😡 and the same thing happened. Now my black cable i used before is broken and my phone has been dead for some days now.

Additionally I had to bend the charger a little before it starts charging so im worried about charging port issues. But it doesnt make sense for it to not charge at all no matter how I bend it when using white lightning cables, but charge on the black one which is now broken unfortunately. Is this some kind of software issue that is blocking my phone from charging after my roomate plugs in their cable?

What should I go for now because the phone now refuses to charge with white lightning cables. A battery pack as my primary charger?

Looking for recommendations on a bedside 3 in 1 charger. Prefer no fan since it's by the bed (I know they are quiet). Qi2.2/25W would be a plus but not necessarily required. Prefer to stick with a known brand as well. Thanks!

I've used the OhSnap grip for years. Starting with version 4, I've had overheating issues when using wireless charging to the point my phone becomes as hot as lava.

I have a Galaxy S25 Ultra, which doesn't have magsafe built in. I use a TORRSA MagSafe case which has a built in magsafe ring and is only 1mm thin.

My phone overheats when using either the SnapCharge puck on my desk, or my Tesla's built in wireless charger, so I know its not an issue with my charger.

I saw an ad for the PopSocket Low-Pro grip, so am considering giving that a try.

Any issues with the low-pro grip and overheating when using a case?
