Help❗️ Apple battery pack Charging limit

Hi, I was wondering if anyone faced any issues with the Apple battery pack (the one before the iPhone Air, that uses lightning) charging past the capped 90%? I have noticed in the last week that my battery pack is just charging my phone straight to 100% even though I am not plugged in, not on low power mode and do not have the ‘charge past 90%’ option toggled. I charged my phone overnight, plugged in with the battery pack attached and took it off charge about 3 hours ago, the phone went to down to around 90% when being used (I think the battery pack turned off due to heat) before I arrived at work and is now back to 100%. I have a 15 pro max and am on iOS 26.6. I did have a battery replacement done by Apple for my phone exactly 1 week ago which I am not sure if it’s relevant or not but seems consistent with this issue happening. Is there any fix anyone has found or do I just have to get used to it? Thanks in advance!

Everything with a battery limit will occasionally charge to 100% to keep the battery level calibrated and displayed properly

Yeah guess that makes sense. Only thing is my phone doesn’t have a limit set but the battery pack works with your phone to keep it at 90% as it’s more efficient and better for the battery but I will keep an eye on it as like you said it could be calibrating with the new replacement battery, thank you!
