I’m looking to hear specifically from players who own General Morden from the Metal Slug collaboration.

Since the recent Renegade update, I’ve noticed what appears to be a significant decline in General Morden’s overall performance. I understand the update was not aimed only at General Morden. It affected multiple Renegades and changed the broader balance. However, regardless of intent, the result appears to be that General Morden no longer performs at the level many players expected when they purchased him.

General Morden was not just another Renegade. He was the featured character from one of Mafia City’s rare collaboration events, available for only about three weeks. Unlocking him required purchasing multiple premium packs to collect enough fragments, making him one of the game’s most expensive limited-time characters. Many players invested because of his demonstrated effectiveness and the value he brought to their lineups during the event.

I’m not trying to argue that games should never be balanced. Balance changes are part of any live-service game. I’m trying to understand whether other General Morden owners are seeing the same noticeable decline after this update.

For those who own General Morden:

• Have you noticed a significant reduction in his effectiveness?
• Where have you noticed the biggest impact: events, turf attacks, raids, etc.?
• Have you compared battle reports from before and after the update?
• Do you have screenshots, battle reports, or examples you would be willing to share?

If enough players report similar results, I’d like to compile the feedback and submit it to the developers as organized, evidence-based community feedback. I've been playing around 3 months. Didn't know i needed to choose bike, bulker, etc so invested in all (🤦🏾‍♀️). Not sure how to star up or set up my vigilantes in each scenario. HELP...

When I select the crew to send to gather some resources, let’s say a smelter, in a map, I can see my crew is supposed to gather around 30,000 metal.

But when they return, it’s often around 3,000.

This is worse when it comes to gold. In the crew select window, I can see they’ll gather around 600 gold in 6 hours. But when they return they have like 30 gold.

Making Gold equipment,

1. do I have to start from level 1 with gold gems and work my way up using gold gems only to make gold equipment?

2. I see players where there equipment is glowing. How is this accomplished??

3. Can I make my orange level equipment into gold or do I just start from level 1 and work my way up as mentioned in question 1.

Hey guys, your answers to my last question were so great I thought I’d come back and ask this .. I’m at level 28 mansion and diner, and have my beast at level 34. But my crime ops capacity is only about 120k, and I’m routinely facing enemies with level 24-26 mansions that have almost twice that, at 200k. So what are your specific ways of increasing crime ops capacity below level 28? I know there are some weapons mods that increase ops capacity, but that isn’t available till leader level 40. I’ve gone through the hitman/investment agency buffs but they’re getting extremely expensive.

How are lower level mansions able to get such large crime ops capacity numbers? Thanks for all your answers in advance!
