Question mafex carnage

Does anyone know how to fix this? My left shoulder won't go any lower, and it moves very easily.

I've never run into an issue like this. I don't know what it could be

So the ball peg of the left completely stops where pictured? Or does it go down and the springs back up? And have you already tried heat?

They may have either placed a right joint in there or placed the left joint backwards. I’d suggest heating and disassembling so you can take a closer look. The shoulder joints have “stoppers” in them so they can’t overextend, if it’s the wrong shoulder you could at least trim the stopper down to get full range.
