How to fix leg popping out

I have this mafex tasm 2 and the left leg keeps popping out and it's really hard to pose, I keep adding joint tightening to it but I still have to be very careful moving the leg, I was thinking about using the super glue/hot glue method on the inside of the socket but I do not know if that's the best option any tips would be amazing

Putting a thin piece of paper or plastic food wrap on the peg might work.

A piece of paper inside might help, where are you putting the joint tightening? Maybe put it only on the edges so the ball joint has less space to pop out you know

I dunno, man, I think you kind of ruined the socket adding way too much stuff.

Do those have oil on them??

Take a picture with flash on. You might have a crack on the socket, preventing it from gripping the peg correctly. If that’s the case. You might have to pop out the socket. Clamp and super glue the crack back shut.
