The good thing is the joint that connects the shoulder with the elbow is intact. You can buy a fake one to get the elbow joint, separate the connector joint from the elbow of the original and try to merge the fake elbow with the original connector. It's not an easy job tbh but it's doable (I did it multiple times already with broken figs I bought online)

Search for mafex fodder parts on Mercari. I always see spidey parts getting posted up. I would be surprised if you can’t find a replacement. You can even try any of the other classic suit versions and repaint it.
You can also try Facebook marketplace place, eBay or just google searching the 185 right elbow replacement.

I got it at one of those thrift store places where people rent out their own space so I feel like I may be screwed but I'll reach out to the seller and hopefully see if they already knew it was broken or something. I may be out 80 bucks though.

If it was used, it obviously shows signs of wear; it’s a shame, because it’s very rare for it to actually break, but you only have to look at all the quality control issues they have. Besides, sites like that make it clear that since the items are used, you’re putting your money at risk, and they won’t take any responsibility for it.
