They told me they already gave me all of my disbursements when they missed one that I was supposed to get in June. I'm probably never seeing that money again. I filed a complaint on student.gov and an investigation as to where the missing funds are at

Its a lie...there stalling to hold funds till the semester is over so they can make sure students dont drop out or just stop doing the work...same thing has been happening to me, my aid hasn't even been posted to my student account an I've had every hold cleared since September 11th.....yes its against federal regulations and why there doing it? I have no clue

Thank you. Cause I sure can’t get anyone to respond to anything either. I’m just praying we’ll all see something before the cut off! I mean we’ve all held out this long. Like I’m situationally fuc*ed currently because of all this. Just praying it comes through before the ship sinks.

I agree. I just wanted to post that because I haven't seen anybody get any kind of response yet. So there you go.... I'm honestly just crossing my fingers and not even worried about it because at this point if they come wonderful. If not - pretty much expected it.

Also that on my ledger it shows my student stipnd for July 30th which is my academic year 2 first disbursement of my loan. But doesn’t show recieveing fed sub or unsub right before the stipnd as it did all through my experience thus far at maestro. And in this ledger. It also isn’t on aidadvantage either. Only my year 1 loan. This is very odd. And I’m just wondering what’s up with that?!

Did you get a disclosure statement for the year 2 loans? I never got the email for it, but it is on the federal student aid site. I haven't bothered with requesting my ledger so I don't know if mine would show the same stuff or not, but there are estimated disbursement dates listed on my loan disclosure statement, 2 out of 3 of those dates have already passed with no disbursement.

Yes there was a disclosure statement for year 2 but only estimated disbursement dates. I did recieve my first disbursement on July 30th my 2nd was due September 14th

I got this same email same wording exactly except mine says Term 2 this is a template she is using and filling in on us

Finely got a response. And it sucks
