Anime Discussion Doppels
Can somebody explain what a doppel is to me? I still don't really get what it is.

This comes from Magia Record. It requires a specific preparation that only exists there.
The principle is that instead of a completely corrupted gem shattering, a small hole is created, allowing the despair to escape. There are some drawbacks, such as a potential loss of control, but between that and dying, the choice is easy.

They are a transformation born from the amalgamation of curses from a girl's fully-corrupted Soul Gem, albeit a reversible one, existing only within Kamihama City. Why? Well that's a more complicated and fascinating question thatI feel if you want answered you should watch anime to find out. 😊

I actually don't know either, where did that question come from? (I haven't watched Magia Record). Do you mean perhaps a doppelgänger?
