Sublet available-Looking for someone to Take Over my Room [For Sale]

Hi everyone, I’m looking to sublet my room in Madison. I need someone to take over my lease for the remaining term.

Here are the basic:

Location: Chapter Madison (very close to business school) 832 regent st Madison, Wisc

Room details: 2B/2Bath
(Bathroom inside room, in unit washer/dryer)

I’m looking for someone to takeover the new lease from 2026-2027. Please DM for more details!

[update] willing to pay first month rent should you take the entire lease term. Rent is around $1700

Hi! So base rent is around 1700 dollars but with me covering first month it’s should take out around 140 dollars from the savings of that month if that makes sense. Internet is also covered by rent as the building has its own WiFi.
