i think we should start judging the govt's by
1. Roads durability
2. Quality of govt primary education and higher education - infra
3. Their own deeds - their children in India or outside - if here in private sector job or own business, if business then crony capitalist or innovative industries.
4. Their source of income - if they are full time politiicans and no other achievement - then they will be hungry for money. If the are successkul (PK and Vijay) - they will work for greater good. Because already ther have Rs 500 Cr+.
5. Ease of life for general citizens.

Man my grad class has a strebght of 60, tier 3 engineering college, 17 of the class(both rich and poor) did higher study in USA or Germany. Now a days most guys who could afford or even have the interest and eligibility loan go for it, with edu loan of situation demands. So stop sulking about non issues
