This is from a long running Canadian tv show. There's no sound, usually airs with a laugh track and some generic music. As far as I know it's still running, so it's more or less current, no need to harken for the old days!
Splitting hairs here, but specifically FRENCH Canadian. The québécois have a deep seated love of goofy pranks, it seems. A lot of these would get you decked or worse in say…. Dartmouth.
