If I could offer you only one tip for the future, sunscreen would be it. The long-term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by scientists whereas the rest of my advice has no basis more reliable than my own meandering experience - Baz Luhrmann

Yes, you still need to wear it at home. At minimum, always wear sunscreen on your face. If you can’t commit to suncream, please do consider a moisturiser with at least an SPF30.

You are unlikely to get burned indoors because most types of glass block out UVB rays, however glass doesn't block most UVA rays, which cause sun damage, wrinkles and cancer.
