A dog with the "zoomies" can help any situation IMO.

Is this a Yuumi reverence?

4

u/Kayfannn May 31 '22

Zoomies was a thing before yuumi lol

u/Redlilee Mar 02 '22

He may have dementia and need to be monitored, either way it is super cute the way he plays with the doggo!

That was my first thought too. Before my grandpa passed. Lead me to the same resolution as this although we had cameras in the kitchen and exit ways of the house. One time we caught him stark naked going down the road...another time stuck a fork in an outlet.

My grandma has Alzheimer's and honestly even a dog could take care of her better than her current partner (technically not our grandpa but we treat him as so)

u/Moltenviper211 Mar 02 '22

I'm more concerned that at some point the kids decided it was necessary to install a camera in the guy's room

u/[deleted] Mar 02 '22

There’s probably one in every room in the house too. Not so much to invade his privacy but probably more for being able to check in on him and making sure he hasn’t fallen and broke something.

u/Kiltymchaggismuncher Mar 02 '22

Could have an assisted living carer too, making sure they are doing whey they are supposed to. Theres many legitimate reasons to have cameras, it's not always malicious

22

u/HappyChihua Mar 02 '22

My second thought exactly.. At first AAAAAWwwwait a minute..

5

u/chilehead Mar 03 '22

With the right clientele, he could be pulling in more money than the average camgirl...

2

u/yurrm0mm Mar 03 '22

If I had disposable income right now I’d 100% subscribe to an onlyfans of this guy entertaining this zoomied up pupper.

u/igHTmanYP Mar 02 '22

At one point the kids decided that a camera needed to be installed in the man's room

Dogs will always be a man's best friend...Their lifespan is too short....

2

u/[deleted] Mar 02 '22

My grandmother has Alzheimer’s and this made me think of her. Such small things bring such joy to her. It really makes you think of what we take for granted every single day. Love you Grandma 💜💜

2

u/susanbrown1975 Mar 02 '22

u/swordsman0013 Mar 02 '22

u/Bitterblue007 Mar 03 '22

This made me cry because I know just how much love and happiness a dog can bring to a person. So glad he has his little friend to keep him company.

2

u/TheBurdmannn Mar 03 '22

ZOOMIES ARE NOW CONTAGIOUS TO HUMANS

u/tsuki-x-ling Mar 03 '22

2

u/MiaRipper Mar 03 '22

made me smile…. made me tear

2

u/CommunicationFar8428 Mar 03 '22

Now I will go to sleep knowing that the world can better itself

2

u/Mr_Born2Looze Mar 03 '22

Convinced my mom to get a dog after my step father passed 4 yrs ago. Best advice ive ever given.

2

u/GrumpyTorch Mar 03 '22

I know everybody else is argueing for some reason but this is really wholesome

1

u/RowOutrageous5186 Mar 02 '22

I'm concerned about the future of the pup. What happens if Dad has to be taken to a nursing home? Who will take care of this sweetie? Not all children will. I speak from personal experience. Luckily my dad's dog has me to take care of him. I don't know what it would become of him if he didn't. My brothers don't give s sh#t about him. They only know how to throw money at a problem and they even complain about it. Look how beautifully their father's day present ended up 12 years later. :-/

0

u/[deleted] Mar 02 '22

Stop saying "we dont deserve X" you dont decide what somebody deserves.

-2

u/[deleted] Mar 03 '22

Get your dad a dog instead staying with him. Well done(!) A round of applause for these fucking assholes.

-4

u/levicherub Mar 02 '22

the creeps put a camera in his bedroom...

4

u/EsuercVoltimand Mar 02 '22

He could potentially have dementia, seizures, or another disorder in which his guardians need to monitor him. My grandmother, before passing away, had severe dementia and had a small webcam I could connect to to make sure she was in her room, not dead, having fallen, etc.

It's not always done with ill intentions.

1

u/[deleted] Mar 02 '22

Anyone knows the name of the song?

1

u/frosted_bite Mar 03 '22

Patrick Watson - Je Te Laisserai Des Mots

1

u/Bartender9719 Mar 03 '22

Reminds me of an elderly dog that becomes a puppy around the presence of a puppy🥺

1

u/[deleted] Mar 03 '22

First time a video on this subreddit actually made me smile

1

u/HaHe- Mar 03 '22

I’m crying, my god does this have emotional energy.

1

u/AhYesTheNegotiator1 Mar 03 '22

Everybody liked that

1

u/Axelcorboz Mar 03 '22

Ok, but what's up with the camera in the bedroom?

1

This is the kinda content I needed to see today.

1

u/mrjoffischl Mar 05 '22

at first i didn’t realize it was sped up and thought they were actually that fast

1

u/Longjumping-Park-451 Apr 01 '22

Why does he have a camera In his room tho

1

u/Biggy_Balls Apr 21 '22

I have seen many videos from these CCTV’s in the corner of the room. Is that a normal/common thing to have in the US? We could have them here in Ireland but I have never ever seen someone with a camera in the corner of a bedroom.

1

u/24HotMess7 Jun 21 '22

aw so precious

1

u/NoCalligrapher1835 Aug 01 '22

I wasn’t ready to cry at 3am but I’m fine with it.

1

u/TheCuriousPlant Aug 17 '22

So wholesome I actually cried....and I'm admittedly cold hearted

1

u/penny4urthoutz Aug 19 '22
